Flowdesk is currently seeking a results-oriented and client-focused Senior Sales Executive to drive and enhance our business expansion in the APAC region. Your role will be crucial in fortifying our presence throughout the region, concentrating on client acquisition, relationship development, and revenue growth.
In this pivotal position, you will be tasked with identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, promoting Flowdesk’s core services (including Market Making, OTC services, and various trading solutions), and serving as a trusted advisor to our institutional clients.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales - APAC, you will work closely with trading, legal, marketing, and account management teams, as well as external industry stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Execution
- Manage the entire pre-sales and sales lifecycle for your prospects, encompassing research, outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Promote and sell Flowdesk’s core services, such as Market Making, OTC, and additional trading solutions.
- Identify and engage with channel partners to broaden revenue opportunities.
- Client Management & Internal Coordination
- Facilitate seamless communication both internally and with clients from initial contact through to the launch of trading services.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, traders, legal, and marketing teams to ensure a high-quality client onboarding experience and ongoing support.
- Participate in significant crypto and Web3 events to expand your network and generate new leads.
- Reporting & Collaboration
- Monitor all pipeline activities and maintain updated records in CRM (Salesforce).
- Contribute to APAC sales initiatives and provide support to the global sales organization as necessary, including teams in Singapore, France, the UK, and the US.
