What You Will Do
- Achieve Targets: Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to achieve sales targets.
- Lead Generation and Acquisition: Cultivate new leads by leveraging digital marketing campaigns and participating in industry networking events, converting demo sessions into confirmed sales.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with new strategic partners while nurturing positive connections with existing and potential partners to ensure future sales opportunities.
- CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems to monitor projects and customer-related cases, ensuring precise tracking and reporting of sales activities.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use data and CRM insights to shape sales strategies and optimize performance outcomes.
- Pipeline Generation: Demonstrated ability to create a sales pipeline that is four times the monthly quota.
- Skill Development: Complete all scheduled training on new product features and advanced sales techniques, achieving high scores on product knowledge assessments.
- Innovative Mindset: Contribute creative ideas to foster a dynamic startup atmosphere and drive business growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a record of achieving sales targets.
