Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead and oversee the business development sales team across the North American market.Set clear performance expectations, sales targets, and operational rhythms to drive predictable revenue outcomes.Monitor team performance through regular pipeline assessments with documented next steps, deal qualification adherence, and performance coaching.Provide continuous feedback, skill development, and career growth opportunities to team members.Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Talent team to recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales professionals.Cultivate a high-performance sales culture grounded in accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.Sales Execution & Pipeline LeadershipOversee the development of the sales pipeline, progress of opportunities, and maintain forecast accuracy and commitment discipline within the team.Ensure disciplined utilization of CRM systems, uphold data integrity, and follow established sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).Guide complex deal strategies, qualification, and negotiation planning to enhance conversion rates and deal quality.Partner with the VP of Sales to provide regular performance metrics, forecasts, and strategic insights.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to spearhead the business development efforts of our North American Sales team. This pivotal role reports directly to the VP of Sales, North America, and is accountable for leading, mentoring, and enhancing the performance of our client-facing sales professionals, focusing on new business acquisition and account growth.
This role is a dedicated sales leadership position centered on strengthening team capabilities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and executing the company’s consultative sales strategy. You will be responsible for achieving team quotas, ensuring revenue predictability, maintaining pipeline coverage ratios and conversion rates, improving forecast accuracy, enforcing sales discipline, and developing talent within the team. The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with the Marketing, Delivery, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment throughout the client lifecycle and a unified go-to-market strategy.
