Role Description
- This position is a full-time, on-site role situated in Larnaca Municipality.
- Lead and coordinate sales initiatives, enhance customer relationships, and devise strategic plans for expanding the company's international footprint.
- Manage sales teams, pinpoint potential clients, establish and nurture solid distribution channels, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue growth objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated B2B sales experience in technology products, particularly in video surveillance, security solutions, or related sectors.
- Experience in international markets and managing global partnerships is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements, events, and partner collaborations.
