About the Role:
Join us as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of a key growth segment within Gusto’s operations, particularly in our Health Insurance (HI) Sales team. Your responsibilities will include developing insights and AI-driven solutions to boost the productivity of over 80 sales representatives across two segments. You will bridge data, processes, and execution, transforming real-world sales challenges into impactful tools, reports, automations, and workflows.
Your contributions will directly influence the success of a business segment that aids tens of thousands of small businesses through data-centric sales strategies. If you excel in analytics, problem-solving, and providing support, this position offers you significant ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how Gusto sells health insurance.
About the Team:
The HI Sales Operations team works closely with sales leadership to support two dynamic sales teams that are crucial to Gusto's growth trajectory. We consider ourselves builders, problem solvers, and strategic partners, committed to transforming uncertainty into clarity and fragmented processes into scalable, repeatable systems.
Our responsibilities include managing quotas, pipeline health, forecasting, process design, data integrity, go-to-market strategy, and increasingly, AI-powered optimization. Our team values curiosity, open communication, and the drive to empower over 80 sales representatives to operate efficiently and confidently.

Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting
- Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards that track performance, funnel metrics, pipeline health, SLAs, and more.
