As a Senior Sales Representative at Parker Wellbore, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales outside the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing orders from existing clients and acquiring new clients through proactive telephone communication and in-person visits. You will be instrumental in developing new sales opportunities by cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, staying informed about competitors' activities, and facilitating the expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and territory analysis to understand the dynamics of your assigned area.
- Develop a thorough understanding of oil and gas clients within your territory.
- Identify key decision-makers within operators and service companies.
- Analyze drilling and completion forecasts and schedules of operators.
- Utilize insights from market analysis to maintain and expand customer accounts.
- Follow up with customers post-sale within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service companies to enhance business growth.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies and communication plans.
- Address customer complaints promptly in alignment with company procedures.
- Meet established monthly sales and margin targets.
- Effectively communicate with both team members and customers.
- Keep management updated on competitive pricing and market trends.
- Leverage technology to optimize the sales process.
- Prepare estimates and job quotes independently.
- Adhere to company safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
- Report all incidents and seek guidance from HSE representatives as needed.
