Job Overview:
As the Senior Sales Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance across our Closets and Garages divisions. Collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Manager, you will ensure effective onboarding and comprehensive training for new hires, conduct follow-up training for designers and sales representatives, and provide targeted support for underperforming team members to meet their performance goals.
This hands-on position combines sales training, field coaching, adherence to processes, and performance enhancement, making you essential to achieving consistency and excellence throughout the territory.
