General Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce deployment, collaborating with functional leaders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and implement new business processes. This role is responsible for the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide detailed support to the Business Applications teams.
• Conduct research, analysis, and documentation of findings.
• Mentor and review the work of other team members.
• Act as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
• Manage all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine tasks.
• Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Oversee Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
• Collaborate with institutional management to establish effective processes for administrative, development, and change management activities.
• Train new users and enhance the Salesforce skillset across the organization.
• Serve as the liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams.
