About the Job:
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer in the Enterprise Systems team at Motive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining systems utilized by our customers and internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive Motive's growth and global expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft high-quality, efficient code on the Salesforce platform.
- Assess the scope and timeline for assigned programs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a CI/CD environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements and provide technical insights.
- Conduct product demonstrations during Sprint Reviews and present technical solutions as required.
- Engage actively in scrum ceremonies.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to resolving production disruptions.
Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and develop/test all custom solutions.
- Produce maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage, adhere to release cycles, and implement continuous integration/deployment practices.
- Work closely with technical experts to assess business needs and design bespoke solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
