Position Overview:
We are on the hunt for a Senior SEO Specialist who will spearhead our organic search and AI-enhanced visibility initiatives. This pivotal role involves crafting comprehensive SEO strategies, optimizing websites and content, managing a dynamic link-building team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate traffic, conversions, and growth across diverse markets. You will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, who will guide the overarching marketing strategy and foster community achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organic rankings and search traffic, as well as visibility for LLMs in various markets (US, Europe);
- Innovate and execute new ideas for SEO and GEO growth;
- Optimize website elements (page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO copy, and technical performance) to improve rankings on search engines (Google, Bing), while boosting organic traffic, brand visibility, and conversions;
- Create offsite optimization strategies;
- Enhance content for appearance in AI-generated responses (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews);
- Oversee and mentor a link-building team;
- Analyze existing content to enhance search engine rankings and engagement while identifying new targeting keywords;
- Continuously monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance, optimizing SEO campaigns as needed;
- Manage and report on SEO performance and optimization efforts regularly and on an ad-hoc basis;
- Stay ahead of industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and the impact of generative AI to maintain a competitive edge;
- Collaborate with various teams, including outreach, website management, analytics, content, and UI design, to execute projects.
