WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
As AI reshapes enterprise operations, Box is developing an enterprise-grade Agents Platform at the heart of the Box Content Cloud. Built on LangGraph, our platform allows teams within Box and our clients to design, deploy, and manage AI agents that tackle real-world enterprise workflows—from content understanding and generation to intelligent metadata management, automation, and complex orchestrations.
As a founding Software Engineer on the Core Agents team, you will create the backbone of a platform that ensures agent development is secure, reliable, and scalable. You will manage systems defining agent frameworks and tools, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, integrate various LLMs and enterprise systems, and enforce data governance and access controls. Your contributions will ensure low-latency, high-throughput execution with strong observability and safe execution environments, guaranteeing that agents perform predictably in production.
Your role will enable Box's product teams and our enterprise clients to build, customize, and operate agents for critical applications—addressing complex queries, automating content-driven processes, and coordinating actions across business systems. You will help establish patterns, SDKs, and best practices on top of LangGraph, allowing developers to deploy agents swiftly and safely on a platform designed for reliability and scalability.
