As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in addressing complex, ambiguous challenges as a key contributor and innovator, bringing inventive technical solutions to fruition. The Audience Intelligence team is composed of data-driven engineers, machine learning specialists, and innovative thinkers who are determined to eliminate fragmented customer signals. We are constructing a unified identity graph and feature platform to provide every team at StubHub with a near-real-time, 360° perspective of each fan, ensuring decisions are grounded in data rather than speculation. In essence, we convert chaotic clickstreams into high-fidelity data for personalized experiences at scale.
The challenge we are tackling involves the dispersion of user data across various devices, sessions, and tables. We are developing the pipelines, identity resolution, and enrichment layers that integrate this data, update it in near-real-time, and present it as reliable, versioned features for any model or campaign to utilize. Ultimately, this will enable our marketing, ranking, and experimentation teams to target with precision, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach, as a generic message resonates with no one.
