About the Role of Senior Software Engineer (Java)…
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing software solutions that adhere to SiteMinder’s engineering excellence standards. You will tackle complex challenges, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
Your Responsibilities…
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications focused on scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Engage closely with fellow developers through pair programming, code reviews, and contributing to code quality enhancements.
Mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Lead and actively participate in team activities such as planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Write clean, well-organized code while balancing performance, robustness, and extensibility.
Support production systems through an on-call roster.
