The Senior Software Engineer at Experian is responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that effectively address complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions and backlog refinement sessions, focusing on scope definition, acceptance criteria, and architectural considerations.
- Transform complex functional and non-functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Design and implement high-quality, performant, scalable, and reliable code in adherence to development standards and acceptance criteria.
- Investigate and resolve complex defects, both internal and external, through thorough Root Cause Analysis.
- Develop and implement automated tests at all application levels (unit, component, integration, end-to-end) to guarantee quality and stability.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and reviews.
- Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill shared goals and delivery commitments.
