- Take the lead in designing, architecting, and developing cutting-edge native Windows desktop applications utilizing Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++ as needed.
- Establish and uphold best practices in Windows desktop development, ensuring optimal code architecture, performance, memory efficiency, responsive UI, cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+), and maintainability.
- Champion accessibility initiatives by integrating and validating compliance with accessibility APIs (e.g., Microsoft UI Automation), ensuring that our applications are usable for all, including individuals with disabilities.
- Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to define feature planning, UI/UX architecture, and the long-term vision for our Windows platform.
- Own the complete feature lifecycle from conception to release, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and consistent software delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues such as bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory leaks while proposing robust architectural or design solutions to enhance overall application performance.
