We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to guide and expand our Runtime team, responsible for creating and maintaining our hybrid classical-quantum computing environment for clients. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate key customer capabilities, including quantum emulation, pluggable compilers, and performance efficiency, ultimately delivering our fault-tolerant quantum computing layer at scale. You will collaborate closely with our API teams and our comprehensive hybrid computation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will boast experience in leading and contributing to multiple concurrent initiatives, adeptly balancing various activities while focusing on impactful priorities. You will merge technical prowess with strategic business acumen to make informed technology decisions that yield lasting effects.
