Role Overview
As a Senior Software Quality Engineer at GFiber, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our intricate enterprise systems and cutting-edge AI applications. This influential position combines extensive expertise in CRM/OSS with advanced Quality Engineering practices. You will design and implement sophisticated automation frameworks in Java or Kotlin while also developing innovative testing strategies for Generative AI and LLMs. Your technical acumen will help transform critical production challenges into sustainable business solutions and strategic engineering enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Automation: Design and scale comprehensive automation frameworks (Java/Kotlin) across CRM, BSS, and OSS systems. Lead end-to-end validation for UI, API, and backend components to ensure seamless CI/CD integration and flawless delivery.
- AI Quality Engineering: Innovate testing methodologies for Generative AI and LLMs. Create robust frameworks to address issues such as hallucinations, bias, and toxicity, employing advanced prompt engineering to ensure compliance with business safety standards.
- Strategic Escalation Lead: Serve as the primary technical authority for field escalations. Perform in-depth root-cause analyses on production challenges and translate complex technical insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies across the GFiber software landscape, maintaining rigorous quality metrics throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Coordinate intricate integration testing for essential business systems, including CRMs (Salesforce), OSS, Billing, and Provisioning.
