As a Senior Solution Sales Executive for Employee Experience Solutions at ServiceNow, you will spearhead the market success of our Core Business Workflow Solutions portfolio. This includes innovative products related to HR workflows, procurement workflows, finance workflows, legal contract management, and facility management workflows. These solutions are built on our industry-leading Service Management platform, providing a cohesive and uniform information source that enhances enterprise process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive territory strategy and planning to enhance vertical alignment, account targeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with the primary Account Executive during the account planning phase, aligning strategies with Now Value principles.
- Assist clients in visualizing the benefits of digital transformation and partner with the account team to develop strategic recommendations.
- Engage C-level executives, building relationships with CHROs, CFOs, and COOs to align ServiceNow's platform capabilities with their business objectives and ROI.
- Manage territory planning and pipeline development, formulating account strategies and orchestrating complex deals with Product Specialists, Solution Consultants, and partners.
- Work closely with Solution Consultants and Specialist SC to provide feedback and align capabilities based on engagement models.
- Mentor Account Executives and the broader ecosystem (Partner Organization, Marketing, etc.) in specialty solution areas to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
- Adapt your time allocation of responsibilities based on territory needs and celebrate team successes.
- Champion diversity and inclusivity within the workplace to foster an open environment.
