Role Overview:
As a Senior Solutions Engineer on our Enterprise team, you will be instrumental in ensuring successful outcomes for our Enterprise clients. You will work collaboratively with Account Executives to define deal strategies, demonstrate the value of our platform, and serve as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders. This position calls for a blend of technical know-how, business insight, and exceptional communication skills as you align customer challenges with Motive’s solutions to influence their purchasing decisions. Reporting to a leader in Enterprise Solutions Engineering, you will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to fulfill customer needs while advancing Motive’s growth and strategic objectives.
