Position Overview:
As a key member of our Iberia Solutions Engineering team, you will engage with clients throughout their development journey. Utilizing various communication channels—including presentations, emails, calls, and social media—you will connect with customers ranging from developers to C-level executives. Your expertise will be essential in crafting compelling sales presentations, delivering product demonstrations, and educating clients on maximizing cloud security solutions.

In this role, you will refine your skills while advising a diverse clientele on leveraging Okta’s Identity Platform. This position is based in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account executives to devise and implement territory and account strategies that optimize the Okta opportunity.
- Conduct thorough research to grasp customer requirements and articulate the business value of addressing technology challenges with cloud solutions.
- Oversee the execution of Proofs of Concept (POCs) for clients with intricate use cases, coordinating with other Okta engineering teams as necessary.
- Create technical documentation demonstrating effective implementation of use cases or best practices for emerging technologies.
- Prepare and deliver impactful demos that illustrate how the Okta platform aligns with client business needs and specific use cases.
- Translate and convey customer needs and feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
