Role Overview
As a Senior Solutions Relationship Manager, you will act as a key strategic adviser to our institutional clients, blending extensive financial services knowledge with exceptional technical account management skills. You will oversee a dedicated portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service and fostering strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Partnership & Advisory
- Serve as the primary strategic adviser and trusted partner for enterprise clients, cultivating deep relationships with C-suite executives and pivotal stakeholders within the client's organization.
- Gain a thorough understanding of each client's business model, strategic goals, regulatory obligations, and operational processes to provide tailored consultative guidance.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align Zodia’s offerings with the evolving needs of institutional clients.
- Act as the client's advocate within the organization, ensuring their feedback shapes product development and service enhancement initiatives.
Account Management & Growth
- Manage the complete client lifecycle from onboarding to expansion, facilitating the seamless integration of Zodia’s solutions into client operations.
- Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities through a deep understanding of client challenges and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to design customized solutions that meet specific institutional requirements.
- Proactively monitor service delivery metrics and client health indicators to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
- Lead cross-functional responses to service disruptions, ensuring swift resolution and transparent communication.
- Escalate critical issues as needed while maintaining ownership of the resolution process and client communications.
