Team Mission
Our Group Corporate Development Division is dedicated to realizing Mercari's mission by facilitating strategic investments and partnerships that drive business growth. You will work closely with leadership to support our mid- to long-term growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, providing strategic insights and recommendations to management.
- Sourcing: Identify and analyze potential acquisition targets, engaging with candidates, investors, and advisors.
- Execution: Lead due diligence processes, financial modeling, and valuation, while coordinating with stakeholders to manage the overall process and decision-making support.
- Post-Deal Integration: Implement integration plans, monitor KPIs, and maximize value creation through synergies, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
