The Senior Strategic Account Director (SrSAD) in Medical Communications plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the leadership and management of internal resources. This position not only serves as the primary strategic advisor for our clients but also ensures that our projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. The SrSAD is responsible for mentoring and overseeing the work of Strategic Account Directors (SADs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), and Strategic Account Associates (SAAs) within their portfolio. Additionally, this role involves supporting departmental initiatives, participating in new business opportunities, and contributing to strategic planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Focused Strategy
- Identify and address the strategic business challenges faced by clients, guiding them towards defining and achieving their objectives.
- Develop comprehensive annual strategic and tactical plans for clients, including individual campaign and project plans as necessary.
- Strengthen and maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Propose innovative ideas and oversee projects that align with client goals, continually suggesting improvements to enhance brand effectiveness.
Organizational Contribution
- Drive revenue generation and contribute to organizational profitability through effective management practices.
- Act as a strong advocate for PRECISION AQ, representing the company’s interests effectively.
- Seek out and engage in new business development opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to company leadership regarding the status of client relationships.
- Participate in initiatives at both the department and company levels as required.
Daily Operations
- Initiate and oversee activities that support client objectives, ensuring seamless communication on strategy and planning.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing ongoing recommendations and support.
