This position is based in New York and requires in-office presence 2 days a week as part of our hybrid work model.

The Top Creator Management team is dedicated to enhancing platform satisfaction and driving growth for our most influential creators. You will report directly to the Head of Top Creator Management.
About the Role
This dynamic and impactful role demands exceptional problem-solving skills as you manage relationships with key internal and external partners. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the success of a portfolio of business partners and implementing data-driven solutions.
Strategize and support a robust portfolio of creators, delivering prompt assistance, insightful guidance, and sharing best practices.
Conduct strategy sessions with creators to foster community growth, enhance revenue, and optimize the use of Patreon’s tools.
Address inbound inquiries efficiently, ensuring creators feel valued and supported.
Disseminate updates and educational resources while maintaining personalized and actionable communication.
Identify and escalate recurrent issues, feedback, or trends to refine our products and processes.
Advocate for partner feedback to product teams for the enhancement of our internal and external tools.
