About the Opportunity:
The Senior Strategist & Deputy Program Manager (DPM) plays a pivotal role in supporting program execution and delivery, while providing leadership across various client programs. Collaborating closely with the Program Manager (PM), the DPM ensures strategic alignment, seamless execution of project deliverables, and transparent visibility into project progress. This position enhances cross-functional coordination, enables responsive communication with clients and teams, and allows the PM to concentrate on business growth and strategic initiatives.
The DPM is responsible for ensuring that project teams are adequately resourced, supported, and working towards shared objectives. Depending on the program structure, the DPM may also take on the role of Team Lead for specific projects, augmenting the PM's expertise and addressing functional gaps as necessary.
Note: The DPM role is crafted to complement the PM's unique skills and experience, addressing functional gaps as required. DPMs may also serve as Team Leads on specific projects based on program structure and needs.
