Position: Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst - Instock
The Taiwan team is thrilled to deliver Coupang's unparalleled selection, pricing, and convenience to customers. As we swiftly grow in this highly visible new market, we seek intelligent and motivated leaders eager to tackle challenging problems and make a significant impact on the lives of our customers and vendors in Taiwan. The Instock team plays a crucial role in managing inventory to expand and sustain our selection while controlling costs like overstock. This team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, including business/vendor managers, supply chain, product, program, and finance teams, to provide a world-class e-commerce shopping experience.
What You Will Do:
Team 1. Import Focus - Overseas Suppliers
- Work backwards from customer and vendor needs to ensure the right inventory is delivered at the right time and place.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to exceed customer in-stock and vendor requirements.
- Drive business growth by ensuring desired items are perpetually in stock and adequately supplied.
- Engage with vendors regularly to optimize key performance metrics like lead-time and fill-rate.
- Leverage data to prioritize impactful actions that deliver critical business outcomes.
- Dive deep using queries to pinpoint root causes of issues, develop solutions, and implement resolutions.
- Manage ordering processes and systems to balance competing business priorities effectively.
- Guide the development of processes and systems to enhance the overall supply chain efficiency.
