As a Senior Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert support and advice to our clients, assisting them in overcoming their solution challenges. Your responsibilities will encompass the support of specific Hitachi Vantara products and their integration across corporate and enterprise solutions.
You will engage with both internal and external customers, requiring strong communication skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders. Serving as a central point of contact for handling internal escalations and liaising with third-party vendors, you will also mentor and guide Technical Support Specialists (tier 1) within our Global Support team, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
