Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the archiving of Relativity databases, establishing and documenting a workflow to identify, archive, and dispose of materials in compliance with relevant policies and guidelines from the Division, Department, and NARA.
- Typically reports to the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager.
- Engage with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to ascertain system requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Analyze information from consultations to define system and project requirements.
- Design comprehensive systems that meet defined requirements.
- On smaller projects, provide full technical support, including programming validations and testing.
- Conduct systems evaluations and present findings, recommendations, and specifications in both formal reports and oral presentations.
- Collaborate with COR on task orders, work schedules, personnel assignments, and progress reporting, while planning, staffing, scheduling, and estimating costs for task orders.
- Monitor and report on contract and task order progress.
- Supervise assigned personnel to ensure compliance with work standards and alignment with technical design specifications.
