The CRM Engineering team at Airbnb is on a mission to create exceptional tools that fuel growth and nurture relationships with our vibrant community, which includes Hosts, Guests, Law Enforcement, Government Regulators, and Local Community Leaders. This team addresses some of the most intriguing challenges within our business. Here are a few exciting projects we’re working on:
- Growth Platform: Aimed at expanding our host supply and enhancing host retention.
- Policy Platform: Facilitates engagement with regulatory bodies worldwide regarding short-term rental policies, tracking relevant regulations and providing critical insights.
- Community Platform: Develops a social platform to promote community enablement and collaboration.
- Agent Tools: Equips agents to effectively resolve issues that customers cannot solve independently.
- Aircover Claims Platform: Streamlines the processing of claims for Aircover insurance products, ensuring both hosts and guests are protected.
Your Impact:
We are developing an AI-driven growth platform to serve as a cornerstone for Airbnb's supply expansion. This innovative platform will employ AI intelligence to generate sales insights, cater to diverse supply needs, assist current hosts in achieving greater success, and generate lead funnels to attract high-quality hosts.
