Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and tech-savvy Senior Systems Engineers to assist our customers and partners in evaluating, adopting, and expanding the use of our technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-sales technical support and expertise to customers and partners to achieve sales objectives.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with strategic customers and partners (CIO, CISO).
- Update and enable the partner network regarding product developments.
- Conduct workshops and demonstrations for prospects and customers on product evaluations.
- Perform hands-on testing to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments using new products and features.
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and product performance to internal teams.
- Stay informed about competitive solutions, products, and services.
- Produce whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and other customer-facing content.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the planning, design, or operation of service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
- Familiarity with cloud security solutions, including Firewall as a Service (FWaaS), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), and malware prevention.
- Understanding of security technologies, including proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, Active Directory/SAML/LDAP, and threat prevention methodologies.
- Knowledge of networking and security architectures within the SASE framework.
- In-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocols and their application in networking.
