We are in search of a committed Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to spearhead and oversee the recruitment initiatives across various departments. This position is ideal for an individual with substantial experience in talent acquisition, adept at addressing intricate hiring requirements and collaborating closely with senior leadership. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Formulate and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s immediate and long-term talent acquisition goals, with a particular emphasis on technical, niche, and challenging roles.
- Collaborate with leadership to assist in workforce planning by pinpointing emerging skill needs, market availability, and hiring risks associated with specialized roles.
- Regularly evaluate talent market trends, particularly in technology, specialized, and high-skill sectors, to proactively adapt sourcing strategies.
End-to-End Recruitment (General & Technical Roles)
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for both general and technical/niche roles, encompassing job scoping, job description formulation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding transitions.
- Convert complex technical specifications into clear, candidate-friendly job postings while ensuring accuracy and alignment with role expectations.
- Manage offer discussions and negotiations for specialized roles, guaranteeing competitiveness within market standards while adhering to internal budget constraints.
Technical & Niche Hiring Ownership
- Act as the primary contact for technical and niche hiring, addressing roles that necessitate specialized skills, certifications, or domain expertise (e.g., IT, engineering, digital, data, systems, product, or other specialized functions).
- Develop a strong understanding of technical stacks, tools, methodologies, and role-specific competencies to effectively evaluate candidate suitability during preliminary screenings.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-screening interviews focusing on validating technical experience, problem-solving abilities, and role-specific expertise prior to endorsement to hiring managers.
- Establish and maintain talent pipelines for scarce and specialized skills through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and fostering long-term relationships.
Candidate Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, professional networks, referrals, and industry events.
