Role Summary and Impact
We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team in Malaysia across various career levels, depending on candidate experience (Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director/Director). You will play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent for WPP Media Malaysia. Your responsibilities will include setting and executing a talent strategy that supports WPP Media’s growth across diverse markets. You will utilize recruitment technology and innovative talent attraction strategies while closely partnering with senior business leaders to understand their needs and develop strong talent pipelines. Your impact will be evident in the quality of talent acquired and the overall success of our team.

What You’ll Do
Strategy and Leadership
- Own the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business plans, workforce forecasts, and capability-building priorities across Digital, Data & Technology, Performance, Analytics, Investment, and Client Leadership.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team; set goals, coach performance, and enhance recruiting capabilities in hiring managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership; influence demand planning, location strategy, and organizational design utilizing market intelligence and talent insights.
