You will report directly to the Senior Director of HRBP & Talent Acquisition.
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (depending on your experience) to spearhead the end-to-end hiring process across our priority business segments. This position demands strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex searches with minimal oversight while collaborating closely with hiring leaders. Beyond full-cycle recruiting, your responsibilities will include building and sustaining a robust local talent pipeline and enhancing Palmetto’s presence in the Charlotte job market. You will engage with local universities, trade schools, community organizations, and professional networks to broaden sourcing efforts and strengthen connections within the region.
