Your Role
As a Senior Team Captain, you will take charge of:
- At least three autonomous accounts.
- An account with a minimum team size of eight, supported by a dedicated Shift Lead.
- At least one Team Captain overseeing a minimum of four team members.
You will manage the daily operations of your teams, addressing escalated issues beyond the purview of agents or Team Captains. Collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager and People Manager will be essential to identify growth and development opportunities for your team members.

Your Responsibilities
People Management
- Identify growth and development opportunities for Team Captains and team members.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and other personnel matters, consistently escalating them to HR for guidance.
Performance Quality Management
- Evaluate and provide timely feedback on the performance of Team Captains and team members through regular coaching, as well as Weekly and Monthly performance reviews.
- Ensure Team Captains and team members receive adequate training and consistently meet client expectations.
- Guarantee the team meets company and client-specific KPI targets.
Logistics
- Ensure the needs of team members and equipment are met to maintain service levels.
- Propose relevant alternatives for products or tools used by the company.
