The Strategic Workforce Identity Opportunity
Okta Platform Focus: Workforce Identity Solutions. Location: Remote (Candidates must reside within 50 miles of downtown Bellevue, WA, and operate in the Pacific Time Zone). Note: Some travel is required for in-person onboarding and to our San Francisco, CA HQ during the first week of employment.
This role is a key part of the Strategic Segment Team, managing large enterprise organizations across vital sectors including Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology.
The Technical Account Management (TAM) team consists of global Okta product specialists dedicated to ensuring our existing customers thrive. We strive to understand each customer’s unique ecosystem to not just tackle current challenges, but also to foresee and innovate for the future.
As a Senior TAM, your focus will be exclusively on Workforce Identity, acting as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for some of our largest clients. You will concentrate on strategic account alignment and comprehensive deployment strategies to foster enduring success through heightened technical maturity.
