As a member of the CEG Expert Services Delivery team, you will collaborate with clients to enhance their usage, adoption, and satisfaction of our platform, ultimately aiding them in maximizing their ServiceNow investment and making it the best decision they've ever made.
The Role
As a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Security Operations, Risk & Resilience, you will lead the design and execution of ServiceNow solutions aimed at expediting customer adoption and achieving business objectives. This role entails collaboration with clients to tackle critical challenges, design and configure optimal solutions, and ensure excellence in delivery. The perfect candidate will have a solid background in Security Operations, Risk & Resilience, guiding both design and implementation across various stakeholders including customers, partners, and junior team members.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical delivery streams within extensive ServiceNow projects, engaging with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Lead process re-engineering and optimization workshops, assisting customers in maximizing their use of ServiceNow technologies.
- Serve as a specialist in Security Operations and Risk & Resilience, consulting adeptly across various areas such as Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Policy & Compliance, and more.
- Design scalable, best-practice solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts to a range of business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop detailed user stories, testing strategies, solution design documents, and transition deliverables.
- Configure and implement automation workflows and domain-specific solutions in line with ServiceNow standards.
- Maintain quality assurance through technical oversight and testing.
- Support pre-sales initiatives by directing scoping, solutioning, and estimation discussions.
- Contribute innovative ideas, best practices, and thought leadership to global CEG and product teams.
- Mentor peers and guide partners and customers in achieving technical excellence and high-quality delivery.
