We are looking for a proactive and growth-focused professional capable of leading our South Region Wastewater Team and managing multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases, from conceptual design to construction, startup, and operations. This role is ideal for an experienced wastewater expert eager to make a significant regional impact by driving technical excellence, mentoring emerging engineers and scientists, and collaborating closely with communities to address complex challenges.
Who are we looking for:
The ideal candidate will primarily lead and support engineering efforts on municipal wastewater projects, though experience with drinking water, stormwater, and industrial water applications is a plus. This role entails guiding and collaborating with junior staff members. We seek a Senior Technical Manager with robust experience in studying, planning, and designing wastewater systems, encompassing knowledge of master planning, treatment, and collection/distribution within water or wastewater systems. Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks is essential, and the candidate should also be adept at supporting marketing and proposal initiatives as needed.

Work Mode: This position is hybrid, requiring candidates to be in the office at least one day per week, with additional on-site presence as necessary.
