About the job
About Giga
At Giga, we are pioneering the development, construction, and operation of AI-driven energy infrastructure that powers the modern world. Our mission is to revolutionize the energy infrastructure experience—permanently. With a vertically integrated model, we unify site origination, infrastructure manufacturing, and power market participation under a single operating system. Founded in Texas, Giga collaborates with AI hyperscalers, data center operators, and other energy infrastructure teams to accelerate project delivery.
- The Pace: You will lead projects that move faster than anywhere else in the industry.
- The Impact: You will transform "concepts" into tangible "contracts" and "permits."
- The Team: Collaborate with a world-class group of engineers and builders who are defining the future of AI infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
As the Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as our Engineering Advocate, bridging the gap between our products and our customers. You will translate complex electrical engineering concepts and product roadmap details into clear, educational, and actionable content aimed at technical decision-makers.
This is a foundational marketing role that intersects product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You will work closely with our teams in Long Beach (switchboard manufacturing) and Houston (medium voltage equipment) to stay aligned with product development cycles, bringing that expertise into the field to equip end users, distributors, and sales teams with accurate, engaging, and technically credible content.
From technical videos and launch materials to specification breakdowns and customer guides, you will shape how Giga communicates its products to the market, particularly across key segments such as distributors, data centers, and utilities.
Where You’ll Work
This position is fully remote, with quarterly offsite meetings at our Houston location.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical voice for product lines—owning the narrative on how we explain, teach, and position our switchboards, transformers, and data center equipment.
- Translate engineering and roadmap updates into clear marketing communications.
