ABOUT THE TEAM
Join our rapidly expanding Air Dominance and Strike Division, which stands at the forefront of technical innovation within Anduril. We are engaged in the development and construction of collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the sophisticated software that drives these autonomous weapon systems. We are in search of a seasoned Technical Program Manager to spearhead integration and testing initiatives for the Barracuda Family of Systems. In collaboration with the Chief Engineer, you will design and implement test plans, secure necessary approvals for government testing grounds, and supervise the integration processes for operational aircraft.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Demonstrate high ownership of all project components, proactively driving successful outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
- Act as a primary liaison for customers, ensuring effective feedback mechanisms that shape solutions, close action items, and expedite project timelines.
- Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and Test & Evaluation teams to plan and execute test events, ensuring alignment with program schedules and budgetary constraints.
- Engage with Anduril’s internal airworthiness and system safety teams to obtain approvals from relevant government bodies (e.g., Seek Eagle, Nonnuclear Munitions Safety Board) for testing at government ranges.
- Partner with deployment and logistics operations teams to formulate and implement the operational and sustainment strategy for a new generation of weapon systems.
- Develop a comprehensive operational integration roadmap for aircraft, aligning with customer priorities, system integration lab availability, and security clearance requirements.
- Oversee and support the creation of contractual deliverables (including test reports, forward plans, and quick looks) related to testing, evaluation, platform integration, and logistics.
