Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the development of Harvey’s Engineering, Product, and Design teams in our new Bengaluru office. This role is highly execution-oriented, ideal for someone who flourishes in a fast-paced atmosphere and desires to play a foundational role in scaling a new region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle for high-priority Engineering, Product, and Design positions in Bengaluru.
Collaborate closely with EPD leadership to translate hiring plans into clear priorities, structured interview processes, and predictable outcomes.
Develop and implement innovative, effective sourcing strategies tailored to the Bengaluru tech market.
Establish Harvey’s employer brand in India by creating engaging candidate narratives and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
Provide market insights regarding talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to guide hiring strategies.
Identify and address bottlenecks in the recruitment process while proactively recommending improvements as we expand the office.
Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and consistently track weekly metrics to enhance performance and transparency.
