About the Role:
We are in search of an outstanding Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Team. Reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting, you will play a pivotal role in building high-performing teams and driving Garner's growth by sourcing exceptional talent across various departments, including Engineering, Data, and Product. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Hiring Managers, Interviewers, and other leaders throughout the organization to attract top talent as we experience rapid scaling. This position is a 6-month contract.

Garner is headquartered in New York City, but this role is available to individuals who are comfortable working remotely.
