Job Overview:
The Senior Technical Recruitment Partner will spearhead extensive and strategic recruitment efforts across a variety of technical fields, such as software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, product management, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and cutting-edge technologies.
This position transcends mere hiring execution. You will serve as a strategic recruitment advisor, enhance recruitment effectiveness, mentor less experienced team members, and create scalable hiring strategies that align with our business growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will excel in fast-paced agency settings, handle multiple high-priority roles simultaneously, and exhibit strong leadership capabilities and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Technical Recruitment
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for complex and high-impact technical positions.
- Develop scalable hiring strategies for both high-volume and specialized searches.
- Collaborate closely with clients, hiring managers, and executive teams to provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent landscape.
- Manage the health of the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely delivery based on service level agreements (SLAs).
Talent Sourcing & Market Insights
- Establish sustainable talent pipelines utilizing advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technology communities.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and shifting skill requirements.
- Offer competitive hiring insights and advisory services.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and nurture junior recruiters and recruitment partners.
- Assist in onboarding and skill enhancement of new team members.
- Conduct CV assessments, calibration meetings, and interview quality evaluations.
- Elevate sourcing standards and recruitment best practices throughout the team.
Performance & Process Enhancement
- Monitor and assess recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, conversion rates, sourcing efficiency, and pipeline integrity.
- Refine workflows and recruitment processes using applicant tracking system (ATS) tools and automation.
- Initiate continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency and quality.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, address escalations, and proactively resolve hiring challenges.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
