Your Role
In your capacity as a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will act as a strategic talent partner tasked with identifying, engaging, and cultivating a robust pipeline of top-tier technical talent. Collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders, you will gain a deep understanding of role requirements and devise proactive sourcing strategies that address both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth objectives.
You will employ advanced sourcing methodologies, data-driven insights, and market mapping to discover exceptional talent across engineering, data, product, AI, and other emerging technical fields. This position demands creativity, tenacity, and strong business acumen to engage passive candidates and promote Brex as an employer of choice. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to our diversity sourcing initiatives and continuously enhance our sourcing processes and tools.
Work Environment
This position is located in our San Francisco office. We embrace a hybrid work model that blends the dynamic energy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of three coordinated in-office days each week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. As an added benefit, you can enjoy up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
