Key Responsibilities
Efficiently prepare, evaluate, and format tender documentation to ensure adherence to client specifications and company standards.
Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Bid & Design, Customer Operations, Finance, Contract Management, and Sustainability Analysis to collect necessary pricing, technical details, and documentation.
Create and finalize deliverables including: Pre-Tender Qualifications, RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, Executive Summaries, Commercial Schedules, Technical Proposals, Compliance Forms, Contract Reviews, and responses to post-tender inquiries.
Manage and update tender trackers, submission timelines, document repositories, and internal databases ensuring accuracy and ease of access.
Conduct thorough compliance checks while identifying potential risks or gaps in submissions; escalate any concerns as necessary.
Facilitate e-bidding processes, guaranteeing timely uploads and precise submission formatting.
Monitor tender portals and proactively inform relevant teams about forthcoming opportunities.
Compile summary reports, progress updates, and key milestone trackers for management review.
Work alongside teams to implement process improvements that enhance the quality and efficiency of tender submissions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments relevant to tender execution.
Exhibit a strong sense of urgency to meet submission deadlines.
