As a Senior Territory Manager in Eyecare at AbbVie, you will be instrumental in driving exceptional sales performance and achieving brand key performance indicators (KPIs), financial targets, and marketing objectives. Your role will involve creating and executing detailed precall plans utilizing SMART objectives, followed by thorough post-call evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness. You will adeptly manage objections and concerns, ensuring each sales call leads to a logical and effective call to action that drives closure.
In this position, you will continuously strive to meet customer needs, expectations, and challenges, fostering trusted relationships that result in mutually beneficial agreements between AbbVie and its customers. You will develop and implement a strategic call plan that meets established metrics while optimizing customer coverage and interaction frequency to maximize sales opportunities.
Your deep understanding of customer expectations, the competitive landscape, market dynamics, disease states, and product knowledge will be shared with the infield team and brand management to ensure alignment and adaptability to environmental changes. You will differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition to health care providers, identifying and nurturing disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand performance.
