Join our dynamic Trust Services team as a Senior Trust Manager, where you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Trust Services (Private Clients) in leading and managing the Private Clients team to optimize effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability at Ocorian.
Your primary focus will be on the administrative delivery, operations, and service standards in your area while fostering strong, profitable relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist the local Head of Trust Services (Private Clients) in various tasks, including but not limited to overseeing daily client administration, operational aspects, regulatory compliance, business development initiatives, and team motivation.
- Provide mentoring and support to the Trust Services team, assisting with ongoing client responsibilities and overall group management.
- Guide and motivate Trust Officers and Managers to ensure exceptional client service delivery, adhering to timelines and appropriate risk mitigation.
- Monitor performance targets for the Private Clients team, ensuring they remain on track and inspiring.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of a diverse and complex portfolio of trust structures, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of trust and corporate administration, including compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client structures and their purposes.
- Serve as Director and/or bank account signatory for private client companies.
- Act as the Resident Manager for Ocorian Singapore Trust Company.
- Function as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for investment holding companies within trust structures as required.
- Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with other service and support functions within the local office and across the Group.
- Ensure strict compliance with KYC procedures while maintaining insight into client business operations.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) during the onboarding of new business within the Group.
- Ensure timely billing and cash collection processes are effectively managed.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably required for this role.
