Real Chemistry is looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Growth to spearhead the development of our U.S. and global Medical Communications business. The ideal candidate will possess strong scientific knowledge combined with a sharp business acumen, along with an understanding of promotional medical education (PME), medical affairs (MA), and integrated healthcare communications. This role is perfect for someone who excels at forging meaningful client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and managing strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
This prominent position within Real Chemistry's senior leadership team comes with the responsibility of driving new revenue streams, crafting scalable growth strategies, and ensuring that our capabilities align with the ever-evolving demands of the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences industries.
This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from one of our offices located in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco, as determined by team and business needs.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead business development initiatives for U.S. Medical Communications by identifying, nurturing, and converting high-potential opportunities across PME, MA, and related scientific communication services.
Develop and implement strategic growth plans that pinpoint clear expansion opportunities, whitespace areas, and unique value propositions across various therapy areas and client segments.
Oversee strategic and business aspects of key RFPs and pitches, collaborating with practice leadership, client services, and scientific strategy to ensure quality, consistency, and competitive positioning.
Independently manage smaller RFP or capabilities presentations.
