Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Video Editor focusing on paid advertisements, your mission is to craft high-performing direct-response video ads that drive revenue across Trafilea’s DTC brands. You will transform briefs, hooks, insights, and raw footage into compelling, conversion-focused ads, executed with speed, precision, and a performance-driven mindset.
Utilizing AI-powered tools and rapid experimentation, you will iterate quickly, enhance creative output, and scale effective strategies based on data-driven decision-making (CTR, CVR, retention, ROAS).
Produce high-volume direct-response video ads tailored for paid placements across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create multiple variations for each concept (hooks, angles, pacing, structures) to support structured testing and iteration.
Utilize generative AI tools to expedite creative production and iteration, generating testable variations while ensuring brand consistency.
Translate performance insights into actionable editing decisions, maintaining robust versioning discipline and documenting learnings.
Craft clear DTC narratives (problem/solution, demo, testimonial, unboxing, comparison, educational, objection-handling) that enhance retention and conversion rates.
Implement motion graphics and design principles (typography, spacing, contrast, readability) to improve clarity and performance outcomes.
Manage workflows comprehensively, ensuring organized asset management and optimal collaboration.
