The Role
Join Charlotte Tilbury as a Senior Visual Merchandising Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our brand's unique identity across Southeast Asia and India. You will be responsible for executing regional visual merchandising strategies, adapting global standards, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring an impeccable brand representation at all retail locations.
You will collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager for Southeast Asia, contributing significantly to campaign implementations, planogram design, new store openings, and daily visual merchandising operations. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
This role reports directly to the Senior Store Design & VM Manager for Southeast Asia and frequently liaises with the Global and APAC Visual Merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising Execution
- Adapt and implement global visual merchandising guidelines tailored for the SEA and India markets.
- Develop visual merchandising toolkits, planograms, merchandising plates, and counter guidelines.
- Support campaign launches by managing production follow-ups, delivery checks, and installation coordination.
- Maintain a consistent brand expression across various retail environments including freestanding stores, department store counters, Sephora gondolas, and multi-brand boutiques.
Planning and Operational Support
- Prepare visual merchandising requirements for new product launches, promotional events, and seasonal updates.
- Assist in planning and executing visual merchandising for new store and counter openings.
- Oversee and manage visual merchandising assets, fixtures, and display materials across markets.
Supplier and Retailer Coordination
- Draft supplier briefs and review design drawings, prototypes, and print proofs.
- Coordinate with vendors, installers, and logistics partners to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide on-site installation supervision as needed.
Store Standards and Training Support
- Conduct regular store audits to assess standards, identify gaps in brand expression, and propose continuous improvements.
- Facilitate visual merchandising training and skill development for retail teams to ensure consistency in execution and brand storytelling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Store Design, Marketing, Commercial, Education, and Retail Operations teams to synchronize messaging, product assortments, and execution priorities.
- Engage with Global Visual Merchandising teams to share insights, provide feedback, and request necessary adaptations for the region.
Desired Qualifications
- A degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a similar role.
- Proven ability to work within fast-paced team environments and manage multiple projects efficiently.
