A significant influx of our new merchants originates from the Online Acquisition channel, making this role pivotal for amplifying our outreach and refining each interaction.

Your Responsibilities
- User Behavior & KPI Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses on essential metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and behavioral insights platforms to pinpoint friction points and areas for improvement in the user journey.
- Conversion Hypothesis Development: Transform analytical insights and business objectives into testable hypotheses, providing justification for changes that could enhance conversion rates.
- A/B Testing: Oversee controlled experiments to validate hypotheses and assess their effectiveness.
- Data Integrity Assurance: Manage and troubleshoot tracking implementations, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all web touchpoints.
- Reporting & Actionable Insights: Analyze test results for statistical significance, create and automate dashboards, and convey clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders across various teams.
